Please wait 30 minutes. Delayed payments usually confirm on their own. If it still shows as failed, your bank will reverse the deducted amount to your account automatically. You can retry payment right away. If you're ever charged twice for the same order, we'll refund the extra amount automatically within 5–7 working days. Need help? Most reports are ready within 1–7 working days, depending on the number and type of checks selected and how quickly the person being verified responds.
All checks need consent from the person being verified. Without it, the verification cannot be completed.

You can cancel for a full refund before the verification starts. Call our team to confirm the status of your case. Once it has started, refunds follow our Refund Policy.
You'll receive a completion email. Then go to My Orders and select Download report.
